  Honor or remember a loved one or friend

    Make a contribution in honor of or in memory of someone who has  touched your life, and support MHC in the process! A personalized card acknowledging your gift will be sent to the person you are  honoring and to others you may designate. Please include all necessary addresses.

   Donate items to Backporch Treasures, our Thrift Shop

    We accept donations of clothing, household items, small pieces of furniture in gently used condition, as well as food. If it is an electronic item, we ask that it be in working order. 

    We can NOT accept donations of: computers, encyclopedias, large appliances, large pieces of furniture.

   Business Adopt a Month Program

    Does your business want to be involved in Matthews HELP Center, but you don’t know how?  Donations of these items free up needed funds to assist in our mission of caring for those in our community. This is a tangible way of increasing the amount of assistance we can give to those in need.

    Matthews HELP Center is qualified as a Charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.  Contributions to Matthews HELP Center are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
